Hi, I’m Jon Miller, Broker/Owner of Go To The Beach.  

 

After graduating with a Business/Marketing degree I spent several years working at an advertising agency in St. Louis, Missouri.  I, however, spent most of my working life running a family-owned  men’s clothing business in St. Louis. 

 

My wife, Judy, & I vacationed on many of the Caribbean islands every winter for 20 years & also vacationed in many parts of Florida over the years.

 

After an extensive search of Florida’s East coast, West coast & the Panhandle/Gulf Coast, we kept coming back to Seagrove Beach on 30-A.  We loved the friendly residents, the eclectic small towns & the natural beauty of its blue waters, white beaches & protected forest & dune lakes.  Its many postcard like settings rivaled all the world’s islands.  Its many restaurants & shops offered anything one might need or want.  It also was the perfect place to engage in all kinds of sports.

 

Over a 17 year period,  Judy & I purchased eight properties – currently owning six - four of which are short term vacation rentals.  It was a natural progression to help others to invest in an area that we feel so strongly about.  I now know the 30-A market inside & out whether it be good times or not.  I pride myself on being able to put myself in my customer’s shoes when finding them the right property for rental or personal use.

 

I have not only helped customers find a vacation home at the beach, but have also helped them turn their property into a cash producer.  We know the vacation rental business & help our customers, if desired, to turn their property into the best income producer possible.
